Making cutting-edge brain health solutions accessible, practical, and effective for individuals of all ages.
At Neurobalance Clinic, we believe that mental health is brain health and that everyone deserves access to the tools that help them feel, think, and live better.
I’m Lauren Rogers, founder of Neurobalance Clinic. With nearly a decade of experience in health technology, I specialise in practical, science-backed solutions that support brain health at every stage of life - children, teens, adults, and the elderly. My background in psychology, combined with years of working with world-class health technologies, allows me to offer an effective, results-driven approach to well-being.
At Neurobalance Clinic, we believe in early intervention, accessibility, and real solutions - no long waitlists, no complicated processes. Just practical, evidence-based tools that help regulate the nervous system, improve resilience, and support better cognitive and emotional health.
We believe that early intervention is key. Whether for children struggling with anxiety, teens needing better focus, adults managing stress, or older adults seeking cognitive support. We are committed to:
Providing real solutions without long waitlists - because timely support matters.
Bridging the gap between advanced neurotechnology and everyday well-being – making science-backed tools practical and approachable.
Empowering families and individuals with personalised, measurable strategies to enhance brain function, resilience, and quality of life.
Why I Started Neurobalance Clinic
I think feeling powerless is a universal parenting experience. I have a psychology degree, I studied childhood development - but knowing isn’t the same as doing, especially when it comes to your own child. Supporting my son through his anxiety didn’t just change him; it changed me. And it became the reason Neurobalance Clinic exists.
My eldest, Miles, has always been a sensitive, deep-thinking kid. His empathy and awareness make him who he is, but over time, that same depth led to over-analysis, worry, and self-doubt. I believe our strengths and struggles come from the same place; the same fire that drives us can burn us if not managed, the same openness that connects us can also leave us overstimulated and vulnerable.
When he started playing basketball at eight, his anxiety escalated. He loved training and being with his friends, but the games overwhelmed him. Naturally, I threw everything I knew at it - mindset strategies, visualisation, body awareness - but I couldn’t always control the environment, and when he was already anxious, no technique seemed to land. I felt like I was constantly trying to create the perfect conditions just to help him get through. And when I fell short, I carried the guilt.
BrainTap was the turning point. It allowed us to start from a place of calm, making everything else more effective. He began recognising the physical signs of anxiety not as something to fear, but as his body preparing for something exciting. Instead of spiralling into overwhelm, he could stay present, regulate, and ask for support. Over time, he built a bank of positive experiences to counter his self-doubt - proof that he could handle it.
So many people told me to just let him quit, that it "wasn’t for him." But avoiding challenges doesn’t build resilience, facing them does. Every time he pushed through, it reinforced the belief that I can do hard things. It’s a belief that shapes the way we navigate everything in life.
This wasn’t just a pivotal moment for him, it was for us. I can’t remove the hard parts of life for my kids, but I can stand beside them while they face them. That’s what I want for other parents too - practical, effective, and accessible solutions that actually work. And it’s why I created Neurobalance Clinic.
