Hi, I’m Lauren.
I have a background in psychology, years of experience working in busy corporates, and alongside some of the most effective recovery and wellness technologies. What I kept seeing was the same pattern. People were overloaded, under-recovered, and often given support that was either too generic or too complicated to sustain.
Neurobalance Clinic grew from that. I wanted to offer a smarter, more practical way to support stress, recovery, and nervous system health, especially for people carrying a lot in everyday life.
